Domestic Shipping Policy
USPS is our primary shipping carrier; however, shipping rates and methods may vary based on the delivery address, purchase time, and the availability of the items. All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Upon payment validations we will process and ship your order. Please allow 1-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. When calculating your estimated date or arrival please exclude the processing time. Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update once received. If you do not receive your tracking information within 4 days of purchasing please email customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org.
International Shipping Policy
International processing will require additional processing times. Please allow 1-7 business days for your international order to be processed and shipped. As with domestic orders, USPS is our primary shipping carrier, shipping rates and methods may vary based on the delivery address, purchase time, and the availability of the items. Once we have shipped your order you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking information within 7 days of purchasing, please email customer support at email@example.com.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFOMRATION
- We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
- Please allow up to 5 business days for your domestic order to be shipped during sales. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales.
- We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
- SHAYB is not responsible for additional shipping and/or customs charges incurred by customer when importing goods.
- If package is returned to SHAYB due to unpaid charges, we will not issue a refund and reshipment charges will apply.
- Once the item is shipped, we are unable to make changes to shipping address. In this case, please contact USPS to make any address changes.
- If your tracking information states delivered and you believe this to be an error. Please contact your local post office.
Rerouted and Returned Packages
We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving order confirmation email. If an address error is made, please email SHAYB within 5 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment NO CHANGES can be made. We will contact you via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into our warehouse.
- If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 10 days. Otherwise, your item will be returned to us.
- If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned to us there will be a reshipment fee of $8 USD due prior to reshipment.
