Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/ exchanged. No worries! Returns/ Exchanges are accepted for store credit only within 7 days from the date you receive the Item. We currently do not offer refunds on any items. The store credit amount will be your total minus the $5 restocking fee. You will receive your store credit 5 days after items have been inspected. You can return your item(s) through our Returns Portal .The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

*Please ensure that your address is correct when you place your order. In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a $10 restocking fee deducted from your refund.

In order to honor any store credit, all returned items must be in new conditions with all tags attached. If the item is not returned in new condition, your credit will not be issued.

All Returns/ Exchanges must meet the following Conditions:

●        Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all tags attached. 

●      No visible makeup, deodorant or stains.

The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

●        Free gifts or promotional items

●        Items marked FINAL SALE

●        Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items

●        Accessories

●        Bodysuits

●        Swimwear / Cover-ups

●        Visibly Worn items
